End of the year self care tips
As we come to the close of another year, we as a collective have experienced and endured many things due to the pandemic. It’s the one thing that we shared in common with the world. We all developed a fear of what we knew we did not want to experience, however this year kind of showed mercy compared to last, with the exception to what is going on today with the hike in numbers for covid.
However, this isn’t to dwell on the negative but more to plan ahead and look at what’s to come in a positive light. Although we have gone through many obstacles, one thing remains clear and that is that we need to continue to care for ourselves. That can look different for everyone. What one considers a spa day to be “self-care”, in.” another may look at watching movies and relaxing as “self-care”. Neither are wrong. In fact, there’s no right answer to self-care. The point of me stressing the importance of it is because many people get wrapped up caring for others and tend to forget to care for themselves. But if you are always busy caring for others, then who is going to care for you? If the answer is “no one”, then you need to make it your priority it invest in yourself and start doing better for the new year.
If you guys remember, I created this brand specifically to uplift people and build their confidence again and I can truly say it has been doing its job this year. The amount of “thank you” messages I received this year was so gratifying. I love helping people reach their goals and I love bringing solutions to their problems when it comes to themselves. This is why I am constantly stressing how important you are to yourself and why you should take note of it. Doing what I love has allowed me to expand and do more and I am excited to bring new things to you all for 2022. In the meantime, I really hope you guys take better care of yourselves because when you look good, you feel good…. And when you feel good, you do BETTER!
With that being said, I would like to thank you all for the love and support you have shown to Beauty with Jaylee in 2021. I am truly grateful for each and every one of you and I want you to know that I do this for you all! For everyone to have somewhere to start and something to look forward to!
Happy Holidays to you and your families! Remember, it doesn’t matter what you’ve gone through to get to where you’re going, all that matters is that you make it there!
Peace and Love,
